Jane Gillen
Manager, SENDCo
At Pre-School: Jane enjoys art and craft activities. As SENDCo, Jane takes the lead in organising and supporting our children and their families who have additional needs. Jane Manages the day to day running of the setting.
Outside Pre-School: Jane likes travelling home and abroad. She enjoys visiting stately homes and discovering more about the people who live there. When she can, she goes to visit her two grown-up sons who live in Bristol.

Sam Coles
Deputy Manager
At Pre-School: Sam supports Jane with the day to day running of the setting. Sam has a specialist interest in helping our children on the Autistic Spectrum and those who need support with Speech and Language. Sam enjoys outdoor play and anything where she can be messy!
Outside Pre-School: Sam enjoys the outdoors, and really enjoys camping in the summer months, and going on cycle rides.

Cat Noyes
Early Years Educator
At Pre-School: Cat has worked at Pre-School for 10 years, since both her daughters attended. Cat used to work in design and really enjoys the art and craft activities. She likes to see everyone get really messy as its a sign of a good day!
Outside Pre-School: Cat finds it amusing that the children call her "cat" as she owns a big red dog, who Cat is often seen out walking.

Jenny Baseley
Early Years Assistant
At Pre-School: Jenny joined us at the start of 2019 and is finding her way around Pre-School. We are sure you will join us in welcoming her to the Parrywood family. Jenny is commencing her Level 3 Early Years Educator training in October 2019.
Outside Pre-School: Jenny enjoys yoga, cycling and swimming and loves to go on adventure holidays. In her spare time Jenny helps out with synchronised swimming.

At Pre-School: Faith enjoys playing in the garden with the children, especially with the construction materials. Inside Faith likes making collages with the children using lots of glue and craft resources.
Outside Pre-School: Faith enjoys spending time with her family, especially when they go on days out. In her spare time Faith likes to visit friends, walk and read.

Rachael Emery
Early Years Assistant
At Pre-School: Rachael likes nature and animals, Rachael enjoys taking the children to her farm and sharing her knowledge about the animals and their welfare. Inside Rachael likes helping the children complete puzzles.
Outside Pre-School: Rachael is a busy lady; looking after her two children, the family dogs and her horse Monty. When she's got some spare time, Rachael helps her husband on his farm.

Kierran Lakeland
Primary Teacher
At Pre-School: Kierran works alongside the other members of staff to foster a creative environment for children to learn. Kierran works with the children, picking up on their interests and creating activities including art and messy play. Kierran enjoys teaching children about numbers using number games and helping them recognise words and letters with stories.
Outside Pre-School: Kierran loves to read stories, both for himself and to his daughter. He keeps his mind active by doing Sudoko as he likes maths and numbers. In his spare time Kierran works as a personal trainer/fitness instructor and as a running coach. Kirran enjoys supporting others in their fitness journey. He is a keen runner, regularly attending Parkrun and competing at 10k and half marathon, (22k) distance. Kierran is a member of Hedge End Runners.

Emily Barrow
Early Years Educator
At Pre-School: Emily joined us in November 2019. She completed her Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning in July 2019, which included a placement in a local primary school. Emily joins us with a wealth of experience in caring for children and supporting their development.
Outside Pre-School: Emily has a variety of interests and has volunteered as a rainbow leader for eight years. She is also a Brownie leader, and has participated in several residential events, including a trip to Disneyland Paris in 2017. Emily enjoys family trips out with a particular interest in animals and the countryside.
